All orders placed by 3.30pm will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 3.30pm or on a non-working day will be shipped the next working day.
Single Discovery Boxes are sent 1st class Royal Mail – who are experiencing some short local delays at the moment, see here for updates. Please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. If you would like us to send your order on a next day service with DPD (cost £3.95), please call us to arrange 01743 444397.
All other orders are being sent with DPD on a next day service (or Royal Mail for some postcodes) – who are currently operating as normal, even with huge increases of demand. Daily DPD updates are posted here for your reference. The couriers can leave your parcel in your designated safe place or on the doorstep if you are self isolating.
International deliveries may also be delayed, please allow and additional 2 working days for delivery before contacting us.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time should your order be affected with any delay – the couriers and postal teams (and us) are doing, and will do, everything we can to get your order to you.
Here’s what we’re doing
During these uncertain times, we’re doing everything we can to support you our amazing customers, and increased demand from supermarkets, health food shops and Boots with our natural nutrition. We’re producing and delivering 50,000 meals a week.
We recognise that people now – more than ever, want to focus on eating well or just better – and place a huge value on natural nutrition from real food – and also the convenience of Purition.
We have raw ingredients arriving daily and all your favourite Purition blends continue to be made every day in small batches, for freshness, great taste and amazing quality nutrition.
Safety & Production
The safety of our team is priority. All office based team members are working from home. Our customer services phone line remains open Monday – Friday, 9-5pm. You can contact us around the clock by email or social media, doing our best to respond as quickly as possible.
The production of Purition is down to 3 key workers – who are the only team members working at Purition HQ right now. Maintaining current SALSA approved standards and facilities, with additional sanitisation in all areas. Rob, Harrison and Mike all have their own work spaces and facilities, which enables them to maintain social distance at all times.
